I wait eagerly every year until I see the line. Donald delivered.

I often wonder how often that line is actually true. It usually comes from a long veteran coming off injury rehab. I would probably guess that it’s true to an extent. A 30-year-old taking great care of themselves might still not be in as good a shape as a 22-year-old version of themselves, even if that 22-year-old had a worse diet and workout regimen. I take better care of myself now than I did when I was in my early 20’s, and I am still very much not in as good a shape as I was then. That’s called the slow decay of the human body baby. Aging is fun! I like waking up to find out I slept wrong and my neck will hurt for 2 days for no reason. I can’t wait to reach my 40’s and have things simply start not working properly anymore. No TB12 diet can stop the slow decay of life. nfl me

Anyway, have a good weekend try not to have an existential crisis.
