Bradford’s career is crazy. He got so much money when he was drafted that he helped change rookie contracts forever. He’s also never seemed to have a fair chance. If he wasn’t hurt (like his final college year, and like half of his pro career) he had no offensive weapons to help him. His best receiver during his entire career was Danny Amendola, another player made of glass. We’ll never know what exactly the former top overall pick was capable of at the NFL level, because I doubt he’ll ever start again. He’s done as a ram, and he’s never going to get more than a backup job with his mediocre play up to now.
